The Insight
Every product I encountered treated dating as a numbers game — swipes, matches, performance. None of them met people where they actually were: between chapters, ready to date with more intention than the last time around. That gap became the entire thesis.

Rebound Dating is the category I created to describe how modern adults actually re-enter dating — with confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence, not desperation. It's a frame the industry didn't have a word for, and now the work is making it a standard.

The Company
Rebound Lovers is the product expression of the category. A platform engineered around intention over volume, safety by default, and the kind of confidence that makes connection actually possible. Built founder-first, designed for the people the industry overlooked.

The Pause
After my son Joseph's car accident and traumatic brain injury, I contemplated selling Rebound Lovers so I could be fully present for his recovery. Walking that line — between the brand I built and the family I love — forced me to ask whether this work was still worth carrying forward. The answer was yes, and that clarity is the reason Rebound Lovers exists today. Joseph's story.
